Resurrection of Lazarus
CHAPTER 85
Yeshua allows his essence to flow to anyone who merely touches him to be healed, even the unworthy. He explains to his Apostles how a healing can not remain for those who do not embrace the Celestine Light within them. -Yeshua, Miriam, Salome and the Apostles travel to a mountaintop where Yeshua undergoes transfiguration and communes with the hosts of Heaven, including Heavenly Father and Mother, during which time the Apostles including Miriam, and Salome are able to see and hear all that takes place. -While Yeshua is away Lazarus is bitten by a viper and dies. When he returns he raises him from the dead.
And it came to pass that Yeshua remained in Bethany with his family for several days and returned to Jerusalem the day after the next Sabbath with Miriam, Salome and all of his Apostles.
Many of the Children of Light who had come with him from the communities on Lake Gennesaret continued to follow him from place to place, even when he took up residence for some days at the house of the father of Lazarus. And they continued to walk with him as he returned again from Bethany to Jerusalem.
Lazarus however, did not accompany Yeshua this time as he had business he needed to attend to in Bethany. Martha also remained in Bethany with all of the children as this was her joy.
Once again Yeshua was beset by the ill and the maimed and those with all manner of afflictions begging him to heal them.
So great did the throng of people seeking to be healed grow that Yeshua allowed his essence to flow to any who merely touched his garment and for a time all who touched him, even the unworthy were healed.
When noon time came Yeshua retreated with his Apostles and Miriam and Salome into the walled garden of a man named Lartus who had invited him to take the noon meal in the privacy of his garden, away from the multitude.
Yeshua invited Lartus to sit with him and his wives and Apostles, and Lartus was humbled and thanked him with great sincerity.
Healing Those Who Do Not Seek to Live the Celestine Light Does Not Last
As they were all eating the noonday meal, Mattayah asked Yeshua, “Why is it that you healed all people this day without regard for their worthiness, while in the past you have only healed those who have sincerely repented and committed to follow the light?”
Yeshua answered him, “It is for you and your brethren that I have done this, that the people will more readily listen to you when I am gone.
But in truth, it is still only the righteous and those that are worthy by their sincere repentance for whom the healing shall remain.
If you heal a man by giving of your soul essence with love who is unrepentant and not committed to following the Celestine Light, that healing will remain only until your essence dissipates from his aura, which will occur within weeks for most, but months for some.
During the time while your essence of love remains with him, he will remain whole, and should he repent and seek the Celestine Light during that time, his healing will remain and not leave him.
But if he returns to the ways of darkness, it will drive your essence of love out of him all the sooner and he will succumb again to that which ailed him.”
“But will that not lead some to call you a false prophet?” asked Toma; “if they are healed but their wellness does not remain?”
“Most will remember the love and light that came upon them when they were healed,” Yeshua explained. “When they return to illness, many will understand that it is because they are still living in darkness and that which afflicted them previously still remains to afflict them again. That realization will for a few, be the motivation to again seek out the Celestine Light and love that made them whole.”
Why Yeshua Antagonizes the Religious Leaders
Then Cephas questioned Yeshua, asking, “It seems you are purposely antagonizing the religious leaders by your confrontations with them and surely no good will come of this, especially when we are here in Jerusalem in the mouth of the lions. Are we to all be caught up like lambs taken to the slaughter in the tempest you are stirring?”
Yeshua answered him, saying, “The priests and scribes, Pharisees and Sadducees, and most of all, the Sanhedrin, have been taking unrighteous advantage of their positions for many years to the detriment of the people they are meant to serve.
They have become confused and think it is they who are the masters, and the people who are supposed to serve them.
I confront them to tear them down before the eyes of the people that they may be exposed for the jackals that they are; that in this, the common man will be shaken from the traditions that benefit only those of higher station, and awakened to the greater light that will bring ample blessings upon them, even the holy Celestine Light that you shall bring to them.
Never forget, I have not come to bring peace in the land at this time but strife, as the old does battle with the new. I have cast a blazing fire upon the Earth and I remain only long enough to see that it is well stoked, that it will become a wildfire that shall light the world.
The Zealots think that I have come to bring war upon the Romans. Other men think I have come to bring peace upon the world. Neither knows me or why I am here.
The Romans will destroy themselves in time, and men are freed not by overthrowing their governors, but by overthrowing the adversary of darkness within themselves.
Verily, it is not peace that I have brought, except the beautiful peace in the hearts of those who discover the Celestine Light of Elohim.
But in that discovery, they will become at odds with their friends and family, even to the point of the sword and war. For there will be five brothers in a household and two shall see the new light that has dawned and follow it. But the other three will fight against them, even to the death, for turning away from the traditions and the laws.
Hear and understand the words I am saying that you will not be caught unaware when the tempest strikes.
Recognize what is happening, the things that are in your sight even today, and then all that has been unfathomable shall become plain to you, and there is nothing that is now hidden that shall not be revealed to your understanding.
Beware of the religious leaders of all shades. They come in sheep’s clothing but inside are ravenous wolves.
If they ask you, Where did Yeshua come from if not from Nazareth? Tell them, like us, he came from the light.
If they ask if you are the light, tell them you are Children of the Light; that you are in it and it is in you.
Bring forth the Celestine Light that is within you and it will save you from any darkness. But if you do not bring forth the light that is within you, then you have no more promise than the man who has no light.”
Then Lartus, who had been listening off to the side, stepped forward and raised his hand seeking permission to speak. Yeshua nodded to him indicating he should pose his question. And Lartus said unto Yeshua, “I am a wealthy man as you can see by my house and garden.
I have heard you speak and seen your miracles on five different occasions and know you to be a man of God like no other, even though it is a strange doctrine you preach.
I wish to do good in the world but in ways that will be pleasing to God. What can I do?”
Yeshua answered him saying, “Find people that you do not know who are worthy of the gift and in need, and give them money sufficient to help them to help themselves.
Charge no interest and do not ask to receive your money back on any day.
And go also to people that you know who are worthy and in need of the gift and give them money sufficient to help them to help themselves, but do it in such a way that they know not from whence their benefit has come.
Again, charge no interest and never ask or expect a return of your money, for it is a gift of light, not a debt.
The more money you give away, the more your the Celestine Light shall grow inside of you. And if you shall give away all you have to help those in need, great shall be your joy in both this world and the eternity to come.”
“Thank you,” Lartus said in humility, “I will go and do as you have said. Already I feel a lightness and a joy just thinking about it!”
“That is good Lartus,” Yeshua answered. “Today you have truly embarked upon the path of exaltation in your eternal life and it is each day henceforth that you will reap the blessings if you continue with that which you have begun.
Understand that exaltation does not wait for mortal death, but begins the moment you let the Celestine Light of Elohim swell inside of you and burst out.
Exaltation is a life of passion, enthusiasm, and full use of all of your strengths, resources, intelligence and gifts.
Exaltation is much more than living forever, it is living in fullness, passion, excitement and curiosity, every day of both mortality and immortality.
As you live in the Celestine Light you open the door to eternal life’s exaltation. And the great powers that have lain dormant inside of you awaken from their deep slumber beginning a miracle that will transform your life.
It is not anything outside of you that will transform your life, but the kindling of the Celestine Light of Elohim that is inside of you. Now that the fire has started, fan the flames and the miracles will happen.”
After the noon meal Yeshua once again went back to the multitude and preached to them and healed them.
And a man came to him with a young teenage boy who was slobbering at the mouth and shaking his head violently and uttering sounds like an animal.
The boy’s father said to Yeshua, “I beg you to heal my son. He used to be a delightful boy, but a terrible sickness came over him a little over a year ago and now he growls like an animal and has little control of his body. Often he must be rescued after he falls into the fire or the water.
I brought him to your disciples, those who are with you now, when they came to Jericho to tell of your coming, but they could not heal him, and when you arrived, I was tending to my son and could not come.
He means the world to me and my wife for he is our only son. I know you can heal him even though your disciples could not, for I have heard of many miracles you have done greater than this.”
Yeshua put his hand on the man’s shoulder and said unto him, “Love as great as yours is a call that must be answered. Your son is not sick but has been possessed by a demon of darkness who has been condemned to never have a body so it covets those that do.
Its presence has disrupted the life flow of your sons body so that it can no longer function as it should. But these pools of darkness are easily dealt with for they cannot endure the light.”
So saying, Yeshua reached over and put his right hand on top of the boy’s head and said in a voice of power, “Be gone!”
In that instant the boy fell to the ground crying out in a loud voice. Within a few seconds he opened his eyes and seeing his father bending over him, he reached out and touched his face and whispered, “Father, thank you.”
Then the father and son embraced and through his tears of joy the father told his son, “Thank the Almighty God and Yeshua his prophet of light.”
Then the Apostles Yuda and Ya’akov, the sons of Cleophas, came close to Yeshua and said unto him, “We are the two disciples the man spoke of that tried to heal his son in Jericho but could not. We thought he was ill from a disease and did not suspect he was being made sick by a demon of darkness that had come upon him.
How are we to know the difference? And even without knowing, we gave our of our essence together upon the lad, and called for more from heaven as well, but he was not healed and the demon remained.
Why were we inadequate to the task even though we were sincere in our attempts to bring greater Celestine Light into the boy?”
Yeshua answered them, saying, “Your desire was strong, but your faith in your authority and ability to bring Celestine Light to the boy was weak.
And knowing whether you are dealing with a demon or a sickness or both, is very important, as the way you command the Celestine Light to come will need to vary depending upon which confronts you.
Lift up your faith my brethren! All things shall be made known to you before I depart this world, insomuch that your faith will grow and you will not doubt your ability or authority to call the Celestine Light or discern and dispel the darkness.”
Later that day Yeshua brought his Apostles to a steep ridge on a mountain northwest of Jerusalem, and they climbed the ridge to the top of the mountain.
The multitudes and those who plotted against Yeshua, all fell back as he and Miriam, Salome and the other Apostles began ascending the steep ridge and by the time the summit was reached none from the crowd remained.
Yeshua called everyone to come and sit with him and he said unto them, “I ask you all to remain here until I return.”
Everyone looked at one another in confusion at his words and he answered the questions on their faces, saying, “I am going to leave the Earth for a time, to commune in the Celestine realms with my Father and Mother, and brother Yochanan, as well as some of the other great lights of heaven.
You will still see me as if through a fog, and those with whom I speak, but it will not be me, for I will not be here.”
“How long shall you be gone, my love?” asked Miriam.
“Five passages of the sun,” Yeshua replied.
“That is a long time!” exclaimed Cephas. “What are we supposed to do for these days, just sit and wait? And what shall we do for food as we brought none with us.”
Yeshua smiled and answered him, saying, “You will find this to be one of the most sacred moments of your lives. To you it will seem as if I am sitting near you and you will be able to hear everything I say and everything said by those to whom I speak.
Marvelous will be the mysteries and secrets you shall learn if you are humble and listen carefully, and think not of the things of the world, such as eating.”
“Then we should fast for five days?” asked Toma.
“Yes,” Yeshua affirmed, “if you wish to see heaven while you still live on Earth; and hear the wisdom of the wisest in the Celestine realms.”
Everyone nodded their heads in agreement at the words of Yeshua.
Then Yeshua posed a question to them, asking, “Who do people say I am?”
“That depends upon which people you are speaking about,” offered Yudas Iscariot. “If you are speaking of the Scribes, Priests, Pharisees, Sadducees or Sanhedrin, I think they have all made it clear that they consider you a troublemaker at best, and a Blasphemer of the highest order at worst, deserving of death.”
“But if you are speaking of the common people,” interjected Philip, “Some say you are Yochanan the Baptizer; others say Elijah; and still others, Jeremiah or one of the prophets.”
“But what about all of you who follow me and know me so well?” Yeshua asked. “Who do you say I am?”
Cephas answered with authority, saying, “You are the Son of Light, the Son of the living God.”
“Yes!” cried out several of the Apostles in unison.
“The Son of Light!” proclaimed Mattayah.
“The King of Kings!” exclaimed Amram.
“The heavenly template of a father, a husband, a brother and a teacher,” added Miriam.
Yeshua bowed his head in thanks to those who were with him, and said unto them, “Blessed are all of you, for this was not revealed to you by man, but by the Holy Spirit of our Mother in heaven.
And I tell you this: that upon the rock of the testimony of the Holy Spirit of Elohim, shall the Celestine Light grow upon the Earth as the Children of Light scattered across the world hear the still, small voice within and heed the call.
And those so touched by the Holy Spirit shall become the pillars of heaven and Earth and neither demons, nor the pains of man, or the hordes of the realm of everlasting darkness will overcome them.
When I return after the sun has passed five times, I will give you the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven and whatever you bind on Earth will be bound in Heaven, and whatever you loose on Earth will be loosed in Heaven, for you are the leaders of the Children of Light, and one in spirit with the Elohim.”
That night they all slept on the mountain and the following day at noon Yeshua embraced Miriam and kissed her on the lips and Salome on the forehead; then embraced each of his other Apostles.
Standing alone on the apex of the hill Yeshua was suddenly enveloped in a blinding white light that made the illumination of the noonday sun seem dark.
The flash of light lasted but a second and afterward all those remaining on the hill looked at the spot Yeshua had been, but he was gone, and only the rocks and dirt and plants of the mountain remained where he had been.
Just as suddenly about an hour later, a strange cloud descended over the top of the mountain, covering only the very top and not even reaching to where the Apostles had withdrawn to sit a short distance away.
“Look!” exclaimed Mattayah pointing at the cloud, for it had begun to become less dense and a light had begun to emanate from it filling its space.
“There’s Yeshua!” Salome said with excitement pointing at a personage in the cloud.
“And there’s Yochanan the Baptizer, Martha’s husband,” Miriam sighed with joy. “It is so wonderful to see him so full of life.”
“Yeshua,” Cephas called out.
“Cephas,” Miriam chastised, “He told us we would be able to see him only, not speak with him.”
“Yes, I know,” Cephas agreed, “But the mirage seems so real, it is hard to believe he is not actually standing there. My mouth simply reacted before I remembered his words.”
Then they saw Yeshua simultaneously embrace a radiant man and resplendent woman, both of statuesque beauty and form, and they held the embrace for well over a minute.
“Is that who I think it is?” asked Cephas to no one in particular.
“It is our Heavenly Father and Mother,” Miriam affirmed with reverence. “We are on hallowed ground.”
All the remaining hours of daylight, each of those blessed to witness the transfiguration of Yeshua moved hardly at all, but sat in rapt attention at the perimeter of the cloud watching and listening to all that transpired.
Periodically someone would enter into the cloud and begin to speak with Yeshua but those watching did not hear their name spoken and knew not whom they were.
The first three times an unknown personage came into the cloud, one or another of the Apostles would ask Miriam who it was and each time she would tell them she knew not.
When the fourth unknown personage came into the cloud, Cephas asked Miriam who it was and once again she answered that she did not know.
“But you are the Angel of the Covenant,” Cephas objected. “You should know these things.”
“I am not yet the Angel of the Covenant,” Miriam replied with slight agitation. “Nor do I know if when that day comes I will suddenly be filled with all knowledge on the hosts of heaven. So please, let us not speak now among ourselves, lest we miss some of the sacred words that are being spoken within the cloud.”
Cephas nodded his head in agreement and they both looked and listened again with great attention to Yeshua in the cloud.
Yeshua continued to converse with many exalted personages within the cloud until the sun fell below the horizon. Upon that very moment the cloud disappeared and Miriam, Salome, and the Apostles were left alone upon the mountain.
For a long moment no one spoke or moved for they were still spellbound by all they had witnessed.
“That was an amazing experience.” Yohannan said with reverence at last to everyone.
“I feel so humbled to have witnessed this,. Yudas Iscariot said wiping a tear from his eye.
“It is one more testimony we have been given that Yeshua is the Son of Light,” Cephas said with authority. “We are blessed with special testimonies of the divinity of Yeshua because of the things we have seen and heard on this day and many other days before this day, that no others have ever seen or heard.
Remember this my brothers and sisters: From everyone to whom much has been given, much will need to be reciprocated; and from those to whom much has been entrusted that have proven to be good stewards, even more will be asked.
We have seen and heard the divine in ways such as no others. Because of our blessings we are called as special witnesses, that in us the life and teachings of Yeshua will not die, but must go forth unto all the Earth.”
The following day, the moment the sun dawned over the horizon Yeshua appeared again in the cloud in the light and it settled to the ground atop the mountain. Several of the great personages of the Celestine Realms appeared with him as the hours passed and it seemed as though they were just standing on the ground a few feet away in earnest conversation.
About two hours past noon, Miriam’s sister Martha and several of the Children of Light that had remained at the base of the mountain, came up hurriedly to the Apostles.
For a few moments they stood in awe looking at Yeshua and other divine beings inside the cloud with him, all of whom shone with a brilliant light.
But Martha soon broke from her fascination and ran up to Miriam with tears in her eyes, saying, “Miriam, Yeshua must come quickly, for Lazarus was bitten by a viper while he reached for a jug of water on the ground.
I left him hours ago in terrible agony. He sometimes screamed in pain and other times whimpered like a child, but then he ceased to move and barely still breathed.
I came at once as fast as possible that Yeshua could come and heal him before it is too late and he dies.
Miriam held her sister closely and said unto her, “Yeshua is not here.”
“But he is right there!” Martha said in a raised voice pointing at Yeshua in the cloud, “But a few paces away speaking with that man.”
“That is not him,” Miriam explained. “It is only a mirage showing us what is transpiring far from here in the Celestine realms.”
“I do not understand,” Martha moaned. “Yeshua is not far away, he is right there. If you will not go to him, I will.”
And breaking away from Miriam Martha ran into the cloud, but coming to Yeshua he answered her not when she spoke to him. And when she reached to touch him, her hand passed through him.
Then Miriam was beside her, slipping her arm through Martha’s and pulling her gently back out of the cloud, saying, “I told you Yeshua is not here. You are only seeing a living image of him, though he seems as full of substance as me.
But it is too late for our brother, I am so sad to say. When you went into the cloud, I sent my spirit out to our home in Bethany, and Lazarus has died. They are already beginning preparations for his burial.”
“No!” wailed Martha. “Call Yeshua back. He raised a priest from the dead when he was just a boy. Surely he will do no less for Lazarus who is like a brother to him.”
“Alright Martha,” Miriam agreed, “I will call Yeshua, but he may not come. What he is doing now is of transcendental importance to him, and us, and truly everyone in the world who will ever see the Celestine Light.
He may not come back before the time he has allotted to accomplish his task for one man, even if that man is Lazarus.”
So saying, Miriam stepped back into the cloud and opened her arms with her palms up and looked up into the sky saying, “Hear the humble words of my mouth and feel the emotions welling in my heart, divine Son of Elohim.”
Then a blinding white light emanated from Miriam even as it had from Yeshua, and when the light subsided after a few seconds everyone looked into the cloud to see Miriam standing and speaking with Yeshua.
But none could hear the words Yeshua and Miriam were speaking to one another.
After a few minutes, Miriam walked out of the cloud and immediately it vanished behind her and there was once again only the mountaintop.
She stood again before Martha, Salome, the Apostles and the Children of Light, and they all looked at her in awe and knew not what to make of her.
Seeing the spellbound looks upon everyone’s faces, Miriam told them, “Do not look at me as if I am a spirit or some divine being from on high. I am just Miriam, and I did not travel to the Celestine realms where no purely mortal person can be.
Yeshua heeded my call and came to me in a place between this world and the realm of heaven. Even then it was not him, but a mirage like unto the one we have been watching in the cloud. We could speak, but I could not touch him.”
“But what of Lazarus?” asked Martha with impatience.
Miriam shook her head, saying, “Yeshua said to wrap the body of Lazarus in many layers of burial linens impregnated with crushed thyme, and to bury him in a tomb of air, not earth, before his body begins to stink. He will come to him when he has finished that which he has begun.”
“How long will that be?” Martha asked tremulously.
“Yeshua said he would be gone for the passage of five suns and only one has passed thus far,” Miriam answered.
“Four more days!” shouted Martha. Even prepared for burial his body will have already begun to decay in four more days!”
Miriam came to Martha and held her face gently between her hands and said unto her, “You must have faith dear sister, that all will be well. Yeshua is the Son of Light from whom all life has flowed, and can flow again if he so wills it. Even the dead who have been buried in the ground for some days. Even those whose bare bones have lain in decaying for years.
But you must also have faith that the will of Elohim will be done, and in that it may be that Yeshua may not bring Lazarus back from the dead, for he did not say that he would. He only said that he would come to him.
Lazarus has already done much good in this world, more than many other men combined. Perhaps he has been called home to a greater stewardship in the Celestine realms. Unless there is a great purpose that serves Elohim, he will not come back to this life.”
Martha gently hit Miriam’s shoulders with her closed fists, then buried her head on her shoulder crying. “Of course there is a great purpose in having our brother back. He takes great care of his family and honors our elderly mother and father by taking care of them as well.
He runs our family businesses and employs many men who then provide for their families because of the work that Lazarus gives them.
He teaches the Celestine Light of Yeshua to many people, both in Bethany and on his travels, and many souls have found the light because of the spark that Lazarus gave them, including some that have come to live in our communities on Lake Gennesaret.
I have lost my husband Yochanan; Yeshua is going soon as a lamb to the slaughter; our parents are elderly and enfeebled and will soon die. I cannot also lose my brother who does so much for so many. Oh Miriam, it is just more than I can bear.”
Miriam held Martha close to her and said, “I will return to Bethany with you at once dear sister. All will be well no matter the course of events. Remember who you are, and who Yochanan and Lazarus and Yeshua are.
Remember that this life is but a a few blinks of your eyes in eternity, and that the righteous that pass mortality before you wait with love faithful and true to unite with you again forever.”
Then Miriam, Martha and Salome departed from the mountain, along with all the Children of Light that had come up with Martha, and they returned to Bethany.
After they were gone from sight down the mountain, Yohannan spoke to Cephas, saying, “How unusual that this momentous time on the mountain is the one time that Miriam is not here to be the witness for all that Yeshua says and does.”
“They have a link with one another that we will never know,” Cephas answered longingly. “Even when she is not here, I do not doubt that there is still nothing that transpires with Yeshua that she is unaware of.”
“Truly?” asked Yohannan.
“Truly,” replied Cephas.
Shortly after Miriam’s party had disappeared from view down the mountain, the cloud with Yeshua illuminated within reappeared upon the mountain top, and once again the Apostles gathered round to watch and listen with rapt attention.
And so it continued throughout the remaining hours of daylight that day and for the three days that followed. And marvelous beyond description were the mysteries of the Celestine Light seen and heard by the Apostles those days.
On the morning of the sixth day, as the Apostles awakened at dawn, Yeshua stood among them in the flesh. And he said unto them, “Unto you has been given a glimpse of heaven and the secrets of mysteries never known among men. Now you are prepared to fulfill the full measure of your stewardships.”
Then Yeshua and the Apostles descended down the mountain to return to Bethany. And none remained at the bottom of the mountain to greet them or travel with them.
Toma came up to Yeshua and told him he feared for him returning to the heart of Judea where the religious leaders had made it so plain that they were plotting to destroy him.
Yeshua put his hand on Toma’s shoulder and said unto him with some exasperation, “Remember all the secrets you learned upon the mountain.
Fear not my good brother. Every step I take is foreordained and nothing will happen to me except by my word that it is time for it to be so.
Never doubt or fear. Hold fast to the Celestine Light of Elohim that expands within you and it will ever guide you and uplift you and help you to understand things that are still mysteries to you.
If you remain committed to walk by the light, you will never stumble, but woe unto the man who digresses and walks into the darkness, for he will surely stumble because his light has been covered, and he may never find the light again.”
“What will you do when we reach Bethany?” asked Mattayah. “Lazarus has been dead now for some days and is surely buried and decays, sealed inside a tomb. Will his spirit come into another that through another he may live again.?
“Where do you come up with such ideas Mattayah?” Yeshua replied once more in exasperation. “Have you been with me so long, and seen so much, yet still understand so little?
And Mattayah was downcast and hung his head because of the words Yeshua had said unto him.
Seeing this, Yeshua went over to him and walked beside him with his hand upon his shoulder, saying, “Forgive me Mattayah, I spoke to you with a harshness that belies the love I have for you and the gratefulness I feel because you are numbered among us.”
Then speaking to all of the Apostles, Yeshua said unto them, “We have come together for great and glorious purposes of Elohim that transcend the transitory purposes of man.
Remember all that you have seen and heard while you have walked with me these many days.
Remember the miracles you have all done because of the power of the Celestine Light of Elohim that has flowed through you.
Yet each of you was raised without the knowledge of the mysteries of Elohim that you now have.
Each of you were raised and lived surrounded by certain beliefs and customs that were the creations of men, yet because of the years, they became a part of you.
Now has come the time when you must forever cast off the old that has chained you to a ship without a sail, or a rudder, or an oar, and embark upon the ship of God whose sails are full, whose rudder is sure, and whose oars dip deep.
You are my special witnesses, and you above all others must live the Celestine Light in its fullness and allow none of the darkness or false teachings or customs of the past to intrude.
By your examples, so shall others become.”
After a time Yeshua and the Apostles approached Bethany.
As they came near to the house of Lazarus there were many people milling about for Lazarus and his father were well known and respected merchants and there were as many people who had come from Jerusalem to pay their respects as there were from Bethany.
When word reached the house of Lazarus that Yeshua had come, Miriam and Martha were inside and Martha hurried out to meet him, but Miriam remained behind for she was holding and comforting the children.
When Martha saw Yeshua she moved quickly to him and embraced him tightly, and said unto him, “My Lord, if you had been here my brother would not have died.
Yeshua stroked her covered head lightly and said unto her, “Your brother will rise again.”
Remembering that Miriam had said Yeshua might not resurrect Lazarus Martha answered. “I know he will in the resurrection of the righteous on the last day.”
Yeshua put his hand gently behind her head and looked deeply into her eyes, “I am the resurrection and the life. Do you believe this?”
“No, my Lord,” she told him, “I more than believe. I know. I know that you are the Son of Light, the Son of the divine Father and Mother, who has come into the world, and by your word all things can be.”
Yeshua put his arm around her waist and together Martha and Yeshua came up to the house of Lazarus where his widow and family stayed grieving.
Seeing Yeshua and Martha entering the house, Miriam excused herself from the children and went to her husband and sister and embraced them. And Salome was with her and she came to be embraced with them as well.
Well over three hundred people were still congregated outside. Among them were many Children of Light from the communities, most of the extended family of Lazarus, and people from Bethany and Jerusalem and many other towns that had known him well as he had traded with them for many years.
“Take me to the tomb,” Yeshua commanded.
“Come with me, my Lord,” Miriam answered taking his hand. Followed by Martha, Salome and all the family of Lazarus, she led him through the people gathered outside and to the tomb.
The tomb was a cave cut into rock and set in a depression of the ground. Yeshua came and looked down upon it from the ledge above, and tears came into his eyes.
“Look he is weeping,” exclaimed someone in the crowd.
“I heard Lazarus was like a brother to him,” chimed another.
“How he must have loved him,” added a third.
Pointing to the large round stone that had been used to seal the tomb, Yeshua commanded, “Roll away the stone.”
Immediately four of his Apostles descended down into the depression of the tombs and went to the stone sealing the tomb of Lazarus and began to roll it open.
“No!” cried someone in the crowd. “He has been dead for days; the body will have a bad odor.
“Who cares about the odor?” demanded another. “It is a supreme sacrilege to defile a grave.”
Hearing them, Amram leaned toward them and told them, “Quiet you men of ignorance and you shall see a miracle such as no men have ever seen.”
“Bah!” exclaimed the one pointing to Yeshua. “It is said he has given sight back to the blind and hearing back to the deaf. Yet he could not heal his own friend before he died?”
“Only so something greater could come forth today,” Amram replied. “So keep your tongues still and you will be able to tell your grandchildren you were here on this day and a witness to the mighty miracle of God that transpired.”
Then Yeshua clasped his hands and holding them down he bowed his head and prayed aloud, saying, “Father and Mother in the realms of Celestine Light beyond the dreams of men, hear me. I know that Lazarus is even now in the Celestine Lights that one so worthy as he deserves.
But that men may know the power of Elohim, unite with me that we may be three of one thought, three of one heart, three of one purpose for that which you know I desire.”
One of the men near Amram turned and hurriedly departed saying, “I cannot bear to stand here another moment and listen to this false prophet praying to false gods.”
Yeshua looked up into the heavens and his countenance beamed with radiance, and he said, “Thank you my Mother and Father; I know you hear me always and are with me in all I desire.
But as you know, it is for the people standing here, that they may know that I am from you, that I have asked this.”
The four Apostles had finished rolling away the stone of the tomb and now Yeshua turned to them and said, “Remove the body of Lazarus from the tomb and bring it out into the sunlight.”
They did as Yeshua commanded and brought the body of Lazarus out into the middle of the depression of tombs and laid the body which was very stiff and rigid onto the ground.
Then Yeshua who was still standing some distance away at the top of the ledge cried out in a loud voice, saying, “Lazarus arise and come forth!”
Suddenly there were gasps of fear from many in the crowd as the body of Lazarus wrapped in several layers of burial linens, began to move.
The Apostles standing nearby lifted the wrapped corpse which now moving with life to its feet.
“Remove the grave linens from him,” Yeshua commanded. And the four Apostles immediately set to the task and the corpse of Lazarus wrapped inside the linens began to help them.
The gasps of fear from moments earlier were soon replaced with gasps of wonder and awe as the last of the grave linens were removed from Lazarus and he stood there before them alive and whole!
Many were the people that fell to their knees and began to offer prayers unto Elohim because of the astonishing miracle they had just witnessed.
Lazarus and the four Apostles ascended the stairs out of the pit and Lazarus came to Yeshua and stood before him looking steadfastly into his eyes, “I was in a place more glorious than I could dream, and I felt a peace and tranquility such as I never could imagine.
But then I heard your voice calling me back into this world of strife and challenge and not even for a moment did I hesitate to come to your call. For what greater fulfillment can there be than to heed the call and fulfill the stewardship given by the Lord of Light?”
Yeshua and Lazarus embraced tightly and most of the people who had witnessed the miracle stomped their feet upon the ground in joyous approval of all they had witnessed for this truly was a miracle of the ages.
