LOVE, FAITH & STEWARDSHIP

“Verily, I say unto you, this generation shall not pass away until all that has been hidden is brought again into the light, for it is the epoch for the fulfillment of promise.”

Yeshua’s Last Night With His Children
That day Yeshua was very solemn in his demeanor and spoke little to his Apostles.
The previous night he had spent his last night alone with his children and the children of Yochanan and Martha, and their mothers, and told them frankly, but also with gentleness and love, what was going to happen to him, and what their future would be.
His son and daughter and the children of Martha as well, all cried at his words and his son and daughter held him tightly as if to prevent him from ever leaving. He kissed them and held them tight, “Fear not beautiful Celestine lights of heaven. I will return after three days and remain with you for another forty more.
Then I will be gone from the sight of others, but you will always be able to see me and hear me. In your times of need just call my name and I will come to your side in an instant, even as I am right this moment.
You will not grow up alone, but will always have me and your mother to comfort and guide you; your aunts and uncles and cousins to enliven your lives, and all the other Children of Light that are one with us, to enrich all your days.
This life is but a blink in eternity; not more than a sneeze. We will be together forever in eternity so surely you can’t miss me so much during the short moment of a sneeze?”
With those words he pretended to sneeze, and Yeshua turned their tears into laughter. He slept that night with all of them in his arms and laying upon his legs and body.
Acquiring the House of the Persian for the Feast
At sunrise following the Passover, Yeshua departed for Jerusalem with Miriam and the rest of his Apostles. Salome desired to come also but he gave her an embrace and a kiss on the forehead, and asked that she would remain in Bethany to comfort the children for two days and then come to a house that she would be led to by a dove. She replied with a slight tinge of disappointment, “As you wish my Lord.”
As they approached the gates of Jerusalem, Yeshua asked Toma and Yudas Iscariot to go into the city and told them that they would soon meet a man wearing an unusual conical cap encircled by bands of colored cloth, carrying a pail of water.
They were to approach him and ask to rent his room for the Feast of Unleavened Bread celebration and then follow him to it, and pay him for its use. When they arrived Yeshua and the other Apostles would be waiting for them.
Toma and Yudas did as Yeshua directed and soon found the man with the unusual hat. He was a Persian and Yudas spoke to him in Greek. Hearing their request, the man asked, “How did you know that I have a room large enough for your number?”
Yudas answered, saying, “Our teacher, Yeshua of Nazareth, knew of you and sent us to you.”
The man replied, “I have heard of this teacher, but I know him not. How is it he knows of me? I am a Persian and not well liked by anyone in this town, be they Jew or Roman or Greek. So how is it your teacher knows of me?”
Yudas answered him humbly, saying, “He is the Lord of Light and though Persian you may be, in you he surely saw a worthy soul, and knew that in your house he would have peace and safety.”
“I should like to meet this man who can see inside me before he has met me,” answered the Persian.
So saying the Persian led them to a house on a hill just outside the city gates.
As they approached they saw Yeshua and the Apostles waiting for them, and seeing their approach Yeshua walked up to the Persian and greeted him, saying, “Teiuxra, I am Yeshua. Thank you for the use of your room. Will you ensure that we will not be disturbed during our stay, save for a woman named Salome who will shortly arrive?”
Teiuxra’s eyes opened in surprise and he answered Yeshua, saying, “Unless the Romans come knocking on your door, whom I cannot deny, I can ensure you that you will not be disturbed. But how is it that you know not just of my house, but even the name given by my family, which name I have never used living in this land?”
Yeshua replied pointing at his Apostles, “When next you see any of these men after a week has passed, ask them what became of me, and your heart will tell you how I know who you have been, who you are, and who you will become.”
Then Yeshua and Miriam and the rest of the Apostles went up into the upper room and shut the door.
The room was spacious and had a large table and several benches.
Yeshua asked Yudas Iscariot and Philip to go out and return soon with food for the evening and the morning, including unleavened bread and unfermented wine.
Yeshua’s Speaks Individually with Each Apostle
While they were gone Yeshua spent time speaking with the other Apostles individually; counseling them, and thanking them for their good service to Elohim and the Celestine Light of truth.
When Yudas and Philip returned, Yeshua spoke privately with each of them as well; first with Philip and then with Yudas.
Yeshua spent more time with Yudas than he had with any of his other Apostles and Yudas’ face paled and he seemed disconcerted as Yeshua was speaking to him.

Who Will Be Greatest in Heaven?
Seeing all the time that Yeshua was speaking with Yudas some of the other Apostles felt pangs of envy and reasoned quietly among themselves that they had been Yeshua’s disciples longer than Yudas and wondered why Yeshua was speaking more with him than he had with them.
When Yeshua was finished speaking with Yudas and came back to the group of Apostles on the other side of the room, Cephas asked Yeshua, “Who among us will be greatest in the kingdom of heaven?”
Yeshua smiled at them and asked, “I see eleven men, but who is the most humble as a child?” And his words caused some chuckling among them.
Then Yeshua said unto them, “Each of you has been given a sacred responsibility and called to fulfill the full measure of your greatness.
Your life is a stewardship of the gifts and callings that have been given to you.
You are not in a competition with your brethren for whom will be greatest. Truly everyone can become equally as great in the kingdom of heaven by righteous living and tending to their earthly stewardship and expanding upon it.
Magnify your stewardship and it shall magnify you.
Humble yourselves as little children and fulfill your stewardships to their fullest extents and you shall inherit an eternal glory and joy worthy of your efforts.
Let you who are the greatest live righteously and forever give humble service to those who are the least among the Children of Light and the yearning people of the world; not simply giving to them, but helping them to become more than they are. Do this and the fruits of your labors and the sweetness of your spirit shall bring you a just and beautiful reward beyond your comprehension.
But be not confused; the heavenly realms of the Celestine Kingdom are certainly a blissful reward for your faithfulness in mortality. However your arrival in the wondrous light is not the end of your journey, but just the beginning.
Beyond the chronicles of time and for all eternity you will forever have the opportunity to expand and grow. And limitless are your possibilities and potential.
The question should not be Who will be greatest in the kingdom of heaven? Your life is your kingdom, and a wiser query would be to ask yourself, How can I be a better king of my kingdom today?
As you are a superior king in the realm of your life, you are a better servant of Elohim. And the Celestine world that you shall gain in glory, because you have fulfilled and expanded your stewardship, is greater by far than this one that you see or any that you can imagine.”

Emulating Good Traditions of Other Religions
Then Toma posed another question to Yeshua, asking, “You have brought a new and greater light into the world and taught us many new doctrines which we alone practice in the world.
You have called us Celestines, followers of the true Celestine Light of Elohim. Yet as is evidenced with our preparation for the Feast of the Unleavened Bread, we still adhere to many of the traditions of the Children of Israel. Why is this so?”
Yeshua answered him, saying, “Just because all the light has been given unto you does not mean it is substantially lacking in the beliefs of others or that you alone possess all the ways to express it.
In truth, the other religions of the world have prepared the way for the fullness of the Celestine Light that has come upon you.
Many religions, even among those with practices strange to your understanding, contain a great deal of light in the universal and eternal principals of goodness that they teach. That is why they produce believers who are good and honorable people, no less worthy to be called Children of Light than you are.
If you desire the Celestine Light you shall build to become the lantern to the world that it should, then do not disdain the traditions of other religions, for many are founded upon sound principles of the Celestine Light of Elohim, and you would be wise to emulate some of their foundations of them as your own, because of the principles of light that they teach through their traditions.

True Meaning of the Feast of Unleavened Bread
Consider the Feast of Unleavened Bread that follows the Passover celebrated by the Children of Israel.
This feast is meant to celebrate freedom from the bondage of slavery to others and the slavery of each person to their own sins and weaknesses.
But more than this, this celebration should be a poignant reminder that personal weaknesses not conquered and vanquished, will return again and again to extract another pound of flesh from the unrepentant sinner.
He who does not overcome the darkness within himself is doomed to see it overshadow him again and again, controlling his life and dictating his choices and actions, even as the Children of Israel remained in bondage for four hundred and thirty years.a
In this festival practiced by only eating unleavened bread for seven days, there is an inspired purpose and lesson for any person of any faith open to the light.
Let those who partake of unleavened bread do so with a contrite heart, and gain a greater understanding that sin is like leavening, for it puffs up and expands in a person, or a church, or a society, even as leavening puffs bread, until the person, or the church, or the society is full of sin.
From this festival, come to understand that if sin is not resisted inside you, or your church, or your society, then like the leavened bread it will continue to puff up until it overwhelms; and you, or your church, or your society, are full of sin and consumed even unto destruction.
Bondage and slavery to the sin is a greater bondage than any ever put upon the Children of Israel by the pharaohs, or a master who takes everything, even down unto your life.
Therefore, be wise in your stewardship, and joyfully study the traditions of all religions that help teach and understand good principles of light.
Do not be hesitant to embrace and adapt in your own manner the good things that others may teach, and their celebrations and traditions, if they help you to more easily understand and live the truths that you know.
In the battle against the adversary within, you face your greatest foe, and you need to rejoice and embrace every ally you have that helps you not to become a slave to your weaknesses.
Even small weaknesses today, if not opposed, can grow to become great sins tomorrow; sins that destroy not only the sinner, but his family and even his nation.
Of the sins that lead you down into the darkness – lust is the most dangerous. Do not allow yourself to be led into darkness by lust for anything; be it idleness, food, money, sexual immorality, authority over others, or any other unrighteous desire.
Even one step on the road of lust and the gratification of unrighteous desires leads to another; even as every step into the Celestine Light and the joyous living of righteous principles leads to more.
You are never simply standing between the light and the darkness, but always moving toward one or the other. Therefore, be ever aware of where the path of your thoughts and actions are leading you, and choose the light.
Be masters of yourselves and teach that principle to the Children of Light; for if you are not the master of your lusts and weaknesses, then you are a slave to them.”
Later, as they ate, Yeshua spoke to them again, saying, “Soon the days shall bring anguish to your hearts because of that which you see done to my body.
But you need not be so anguished, if you remember that there is more to life than mortality; and more to me than the physical body that you see and touch; even as there is more to you.
The days to come are of great importance in the lives of all mankind; those that live; those that have ever lived; and those that are yet unborn and shall come upon the Earth in future generations.”

The Turmoil and Calling of Yudas Iscariot
Speaking now in greater detail, Yeshua said unto them, “Some of you have wondered why I spoke in private with Yudas Iscariot more than any of you. It is because I have asked him to lead the Sanhedrin to me that I might be taken to judgment and turned over to the Romans to be crucified. Such a thing none of you could do, but Yudas can because of his former life before he became one with us.”
“What!” shouted Cephas leaping up from where he was sitting. “Of course none of us could turn you over to be killed and neither should it be possible for Yudas if he is truly a follower of the Celestine Light.” And Yudas hung his head deeply at the words of Cephas.
“But I have asked it of him,” Yeshua responded. “If he is truly a follower of the Celestine Light he will do as I have asked, even though it may tremble his soul. And more than this have I asked of him.
Nor can you speak against he who would give me up to the Sanhedrin Cephas, for on that fateful day, you shall deny me three times, ere three cocks crow.”
“Though you have spoken it, I will not let that be so, for my faithfulness to you cannot be moved,” Cephas answered soberly. “Sooner would I give up my own life than deny the light that you are.”
“We will all be faithful to you until the end, no matter where and what that end may be,” Yohannan affirmed to Yeshua. “But tell us now, if you will, what else it is you have asked of Yudas?”
“I have asked him to willingly go as a lamb to the slaughter, even as I will, and to die and be resurrected to life, even as I will, that the people who will come to see the light, will know that the resurrection is not for me alone, but for all people.
Whereas your names will be given glory in the annuals of men, the name of Yudas Iscariot shall be falsely reviled by the ignorant from our day until the end of the final dispensation of Earth before it is reborn.
There are some, such as the Sadducees, who believe there is no resurrection of the dead, and others such as the Habidites, who think the resurrection is only for a chosen few.
When I rise, so shall Yudas and some of the saints who have lain long in the grave, and a few who have not been so saintly. And they shall return for a day to walk among those in mortality, save for Yudas who shall return to be numbered among you again for a time.b
By this, it will be understood, even if not accepted, that the resurrection is not for me alone, but comes to all, both the saint and the sinner; for the path of progression is eternal; not just for a chosen few, but for everyone.”
“I do not understand?” stammered Mattayah “If you desire to be tried by the Sanhedrin, why do you ask all these convolutions of Yudas? Why not simply present yourself to them and say, Here I am.
Nor have you said how Yudas will die. Can he not just jump into the sea or off a cliff? Why does his death need be tied to yours? If he dies or resurrects the same day or the next moon, what is the difference?”
Yeshua answered him, saying, “Were I to go to the Sanhedrin, I would be in a position of power, coming to them rather than being apprehended by them; and they would be afraid to judge me because of the many people who follow me.
If Yudas brings them to me in secret, they will take me to their judgment in secret; and few will there be outside of their circle that know of it. Then they will be able to pass their judgment without fear of the people.
As to his death, I have left that to Yudas to decide, but it is upon each of you to bear witness of it; even unto his burial. It is not his death that is so important, but his rebirth into life.
His death shall come close to mine that his resurrection shall also. The two events will be as one in the eyes of those who truly seek the light. For the enlightened, this will be another testimony of that eternal principal.
To bring about the resurrection of all people, and provide a path of redemption for those who repent of their sins and follow the Celestine Light, have I come into the world; and now all things will come to pass to fulfill that purpose.”
Then Yudas Iscariot still appearing somewhat shaken, spoke, saying, “My brethren, know that this is a difficult thing for me to do. Knowing that any of you would also lay down your lives for the Celestine Light of Yeshua, girds me up to have the courage to lay down mine.
But I fear for my family – my wife and children, for it is only for one year that I can remain with them in mortality before Yeshua has said the growing light of my resurrected body will no longer be able to be held within the bonds of this dark mortal world.
He has shown me how I will be reviled by the ignorant for a crime I have been asked by the Lord of Light to do, even though the thought of it shakes me to the morrow of my bones.
I beg of you my brethren to care for my family. They will hear so many falsehoods about me all of their lives. Please bear witness to them of the truth after I am gone; that they will never doubt that I was faithful until the end to Yeshua.”
So saying, Yudas put his head in his hands and burst out in a torrent of tears, and for many minutes everyone remained quiet bearing the pain in their own hearts that his sobbing brought upon them. And many of the others began to cry with him.
Then Miriam went over to him and knelt down beside him and put her arm around his shoulder and said unto him, “Yudas, weep not anymore. You have cleansed your feelings. Now open your heart to ours and know that each and every one of us knows that you are a true and faithful servant of Elohim.
Though the world may forget, we will not forget. Nor will the true Children of Light who follow Yeshua and obey his teachings.
Nor will we ever let your wife or children forget the magnificent man of light that is their husband and father.
You and your family are a precious part of our greater Family of Light. You are today, and you always will be.”
At the words of Miriam, Yudas ceased weeping and looked up at her and gave her a feeble smile of thanks, even as the other Apostles all spoke to him their own words of encouragement and came to him and put their hands upon his shoulders and head.

(b) A Note on Time: Occasionally, the terminology “a time” is used ambiguously to indicate an unspecified number of days that can be either few or many. In this context with Yudas, and in most instances, “a time” is one biblical year. A biblical year can be either 360 days or 390 days, with the long year having a thirteenth month and falling on the Sabbath year (every 7th year,) and Jubilee year (every 50th year). Every 10 Jubilee years equal 500 years and every 20 Jubilee years equal a millennium.
During a Sabbath year Israelites rested for a year from their labors, even as they did each week on the Sabbath, and did not even plant crops, but had faith that their storehouses of food would see them through the year.
The Jubilee year was considered the great year of pardon and forgiveness, not just for the Children of Israel, but applicable to “all inhabitants of the land.” Leviticus 25:10. During this year all debts were forgiven, slaves were emancipated, prisoners were freed, and leased land was returned to its owners, maintaining hereditary ownership of all land.
