Preparations for a New BeginningCHAPTER 82
With the time for his departure nearing, Yeshua teaches Miriam
additional essentials about the mysteries and powers of Celestine Light.
At Miriam's request he also explains why he must die the ignoble death
that he does. -Yeshua talks to his Apostles about his crucifixion and
resurrection and why things will be as they are. He also tells them
about Miriam's transition to the Angel of the Covenant and endows each
of them with new gifts of power with special blessings for specific
callings that are unique to each. He lastly gives each a rare and
beautiful gemstone of power to aid them in their missions.
1 During the next moon Yeshua
spent almost all of his time with his family. He held no public
meetings, and met with his Apostles and went among the gathered Children
of Light only on the Sabbath.
2 Many hours each day he would
walk alone with Miriam teaching her the deeper mysteries of Celestine
Light and on several occasions they spent the night alone in the hills
above Capernaum and sometimes two or three.
3 As the time of the new moon
began, Yeshua spoke to Miriam upon the mountain, saying, “Your knowledge
is now vast. No other person on Earth shall ever know all that you know
about the mysteries and powers of Celestine Light. This knowledge
is entrusted to you as the Angel of the Covenant that you may ever be
the shield of protection to the Children of Light and the well of
knowledge for all who seek it in humility and the selflessness of
service.”
4 Miriam put her arms around
Yeshua's waist and looked up into his eyes with love and said unto him
tenderly, “Beloved, I am thankful beyond words for all that you have
taught me every day we have been together. And I will serve as Elohim
desires.
5 I have listened dutifully,
almost without speaking, for this moon as you have blessed me with
knowledge beyond even that of the greatest prophets.
6 As we prepare to go down now
that you may speak with the Apostles and begin your fateful steps toward
Jerusalem, I must ask of you a few questions. Hard they may seem in
nature, but it is not with criticism that I ask them, but merely seeking
a complete clarity of understanding that I may better serve our divine
Father and Mother as you have shown unto me.
7 I know you are aware of my
questions before they ever are uttered from my lips and that you can
answer my unspoken questions in words in my mind, but please allow me to
say them lest I grow atrophied in voice from my prolonged silence.”
8 Yeshua was quiet then and spoke
not a word but merely smiled in understanding at Miriam and nodded for
her to continue.
9 Still holding him gently about
his waist and looking up into his eyes, Miriam began, “Everything you
have shown unto me that I must do I understand.
And I shall faithfully fulfill all things as you have asked, as
our Father and Mother give me strength.
10 It is concerning the things
that you shall do that I do not fully understand, and I desire most
ardently to have my understanding complete before you do these things,
lest I not be able to endure with the fortitude you ask of me.”
11 Yeshua nodded again for her to
continue.
12 Miriam nodded, “You have said
that soon you will allow yourself to be crucified and then resurrect and
return to us for a time, before you ascend forever more up into the
higher realms of Celestine Light.
13 I understand the purpose for
which you shall die and return to life, that the resurrection shall
begin for all people, not just the select; that those spirits who have
languished long in prison and paradise will finally be able to come
forth into the fullness of resurrection to reap their reward or
punishment as they merit.
14 I understand that you who are
most pure and need not suffer at all in repentance, will suffer in
solitude the sins of the world the night before the journey to the cross
begins; that all who repent of their darkness and live the Celestine
Light you have brought into the world will not have to fully pay the
penalty of their own sins, because you, their elder brother who loves
them beyond measure will have suffered in their place.
15 These are most noble and
virtuous sacrifices you make for wanderers in darkness that know you
not, and who almost without exception reject you when you are revealed
to them. Those who actually find and live the Celestine Light with
a resonance in their soul are few indeed, so your suffering for the
untold multitude, seems to me your loving wife, to be more than is
needed.
16 Yet, even with this, I do
understand in my head why it is you must do that which you shall do.
It is just my heart that does protest.
17 What I cannot yet comprehend
is why it is that to do it you must be crucified, and why it must be so
soon upon us.
18 Can you not prove the
resurrection of eternal life by something as simple as leaping off a
high cliff and restoring your shattered dead body and broken bones for
all to see?
19 Why must you choose so ignoble
a death as crucifixion? You are the only begotten son of our Father and
Mother. You are a part of the Elohim and Lord over all the Earth. Why
will you allow common lowly men to lay hands upon you and humiliate you
and scorn you and laugh at your suffering?
20 And even to accept this
horrible way to die, why must it be so soon, before our children are
even grown? Could you not wait just a few more years that we may have
you with us just a little time longer; that you can see our son married
and give our daughters hand?
21 Please do not think me selfish
in asking these things, merely am I a wife who loves her husband beyond
words to say, and would see him walk his path only in the nobility that
is his birthright and continue with his family in the flesh until our
children stand on their own.
22 I do not ask for you to not
walk upon your path. I know you must, and my love and unfailing support
is ever with you. Merely I wish to fully understand the manner in which
you have chosen to walk the end on this Earth, and the timing you have
chosen to finish your journey in mortality.”
23 Yeshua cupped his hands around
Miriam's head and ran his fingers through the soft hair near her neck.
He kissed her gently on the lips and put his arms around her and held
her close, saying, “Blessed are you Miriam, and blessed am I to have you
as my wife. Though by my word worlds begin, only our Father and Mother
could have created a marvel such as you.
24 Know that I will never leave
you or our children and I will be there each and every important moment
in their lives in a way that is as real and tangible as I stand before
you now, and not merely in the spirit as the Apostles shall see me.
25 After I have ascended to
heaven, no others upon the Earth shall see me in the perfection of
resurrection save you and the children of our union. You at all times
when you so desire, for you will be the Angel of the Covenant.
With our children, whenever a time of significance is upon their lives
and they so desire, I will manifest myself unto them.
26 On those days, when our son is
married and our daughters hand is to be given, I shall be there as you
see me now and hear my voice. As so shall you see and hear, and so shall
they see and hear, but no others except you.”
27 Upon hearing his words Miriam
was joyous and she embraced him with exuberance, “My heart is calmed
with the balm of your words and my happiness knows no bounds. Can you
now so fully assuage my concerns about your chosen path to part
mortality?”
28 Yeshua looked at Miriam and
lifted his eyebrows hopefully even as he shook his head slightly in
negation, and he said unto her, “The words you have spoken about
crucifixion are true, but it is because they are true- that this is a
most vicious and cruel way to take the life of a man, that it must be
the way mine is taken.
29 And more than this, they shall
break my bones, rip my flesh, and run a spear through my side and into
my heart. By this, which all the people of Jerusalem shall see, there
will be no doubt that my mortal life has truly perished.
30 But pity me not for the
suffering you think you shall see. As you said, my suffering shall be in
the long night before the journey to the cross begins. During the
spectacle to the cross and upon it, rest assured I will feel no pain,
nor be broken by the cruel words and actions of men, no matter the
ravages you shall witness put upon my body.
31 After three days in the Earth
you must come for me. I will
wait for the presence of your exquisite love, which even death cannot
stand against. Then shall I appear again before my Apostles and many
people of the city. And they shall feel the prints of the nails in my
hands and my feet, the scourges on my flesh, and the wound in my side,
and they shall know that it is me, and that mortal death is not the end,
but the beginning of life eternal.”
32 Miriam nodded her head in
understanding, but still questioned him further, saying, “Yet, will not
people say that this is Yeshua, a
man known for great miracles, and not understand that the
resurrection will be also for them and all others?”
33 He nodded his head and
explained, “If I alone were to return in the glory of perfection, so
might they doubt. But on the day that I rise, so shall many of the
virtuous who have lain long in the grave, also rise and go about the
city for a day. And one
other special resurrection shall occur that day.
34 And it will come to pass by
the word of the Father and Mother and by that which men have seen, that
the understanding that life is eternal will be forever seared into the
memory of man, beginning at this place.
35 From one generation to the
next, across all religions and cultures will wash the innate
comprehension that mortal life is not the end, but the beginning of a
greater eternity.
36 This divine understanding will
take many forms even as it now does among many: some will believe in a
heaven of spirits, others of a continual reincarnation of the soul.
Still others will believe in a paradise where they who were servants
shall become kings, and others shall say to men that there is nothing
beyond this life, even while the divine Celestine Light of their soul
makes hollow the false conviction of their words.
37 This undeniable whisper of
eternal life will not be limited to the understanding of a few, but
undeniably written upon the souls of every person. In many and diverse
ways the truth of eternal life shall encompass the earth and the soul of
everyone therein and every person to be born in every generation to
come.
38 And for every generation to
come, this unfathomable understanding shall be the impetus to humble the
proud and turn men from the darkness to the light, in hopes that their
eternity might be greater than their mortality.
39 Because all things must be
weighed in the balance and tallied for their worth, I shall suffer some
of their sins that they shall need not suffer them all; and shall give a
sacred portion of the Celestine Light of my soul to take away a great
part of the darkness from the souls of those who repent and live in my
light, that they might have the purity needed on their day of judgment
to enter into Celestial glory.
40 And it shall come to pass that
those that repent of their darkness and live in my light, shall inherit
the eternal life of Celestial glory their soul forever whispered in sure
knowledge upon their heart and mind.”
41 Now Miriam buried her head
upon his chest and cried many tears. When she had composed herself
somewhat, she spoke softly unto him, saying, “Thank you my dear Yeshua.
Thank you.”
42 With Miriam's head still upon
his chest Yeshua held her with one arm around her waist and stroked her
long hair with the other, and said unto her, “When the time of your
angelic calling is upon you in fullness, you shall have all the powers
of heaven except the creation of life vested within you.
43 Considering all that you could
do, and the fiery temperament you have sometimes shown, you must make a
promise to me.”
44 “Anything,” she answered
softly.
45 “Promise me you will never
take the life of any man, woman or child,” Yeshua asked.
46 Miriam replied with
conviction, saying, “Beloved, I promise you that when I am filled with
the fullness of my calling and the powers of heaven given unto me to
fulfill it, I will never intentionally take the life of any man, woman,
child or creature upon the Earth.”
47 Yeshua nodded in silence and
still stroking Miriam's hair, he said unto her, “That is well my love,
but you must promise that you shall never take a life, even
unintentionally. For with such great power, comes even greater
responsibility.”
48 Miriam looked up at him then,
saying, “I would promise that if I could, but as you say my temperament
is sometimes fiery, and as happened that day on the River Qishon, the
unintentional consequences of my righteous passion are not always
favoring of life for the wicked.”
49 Yeshua looked in her eyes and
gently upbraided her, saying, “On that day on the River Qishon, you were
merely Miriam; righteously angry and overly passionate because of a
threat to one that you loved.
50 But soon you will be more than
Miriam the woman, you shall be an exalted representative of our divine
Father and Mother. And except for life protecting self-defense,
which you shall never be in need of, they grant the right to take the
life of man unto none, and expect those whom they have called to high
and holy callings to serve them even unto perfection.”
51 Miriam nodded her head in
understanding and said unto him, “Your words are so true. I am humbled
by their calling and shall trust their never failing light to ever guide
me on the paths of righteousness and perfection within the
responsibilities they have blessed upon me.”
52 And it came to pass that on
the following Sabbath, after the sunrise meeting of the Children of
Light, Yeshua called his Apostles to come into the mountains with him
and Miriam for three days and three nights.
53 After spending the night with
their families, all of the Apostles met at sunrise the next day at the
house of Yeshua and went with him and Miriam up into the mountains.
54 Though Salome asked to also go
with them that she might be with Miriam, none save Miriam and the other
eleven Apostles were allowed to go up onto the mountain with Yeshua.
55 During their time upon the
mountain Yeshua told them again of the things that would shortly come to
pass, including his crucifixion and resurrection and why this needed to
be, even as he had told Miriam. But most of the Apostles other than
Yudas Iscariot, Mathew and Philip, had difficulty understanding the
depth of the words he spoke.
56 Seeing their confusion, Yeshua
said unto them, “Marvel not at this, that I should resurrect from the
dead and come again among you, even as you too shall resurrect and come
again among your friends and loved ones in the Celestine realms.
57 If the divine Father and
Mother can breathe the breath of life into all men and creatures, think
you not that they can just as easily give life back to those whom have
died, and decree that the life given once more shall now be given unto
perfection and perish never again?”
58 Yeshua also spoke somewhat
concerning the mysteries of Celestine Light and the powers therein that
he had shared with Miriam. But only a portion of the secrets that he
shared with Miriam did he share with the Apostles. In truth, only Miriam
with her many years of experience and instruction by Yeshua could
comprehend the vastness of all he could teach.
59 One by one, Yeshua called
forth the Apostles and laid his hands upon their heads and gave unto
each of them a specific calling to fulfill from that day forth until
their last day in mortality.
60 He also gave unto each Apostle
specific blessings, each according to their need and calling, and unto
each he bestowed new gifts of power that they might better serve the
Children of Light and support one another.
61 Lastly, unto each, he gave a
gemstone, beautiful and rare. To each was given a different stone. Unto
Miriam who came to him last, he gave the largest and most beautiful of
all. And they marveled at the gems and spoke quietly among themselves
momentarily, wondering where he could have obtained such expensive
stones.
62 And he said unto them, “Each
of you have been given a gemstone of power that is in harmony with your
soul essence. As your heart beats and the Celestine Light of your soul
expands upon a foundation of sure faith, love and knowledge, your
gemstone will come alive and draw to you the powers of Celestine Light
from near and far to aid you in your righteous purposes.
63 Others may think that they
have gemstones like unto yours and they will say unto men,
See, I have the same gem as the Apostles of Yeshua, and I am as great as
they, but it will be a foolish man who speaks these words, for their
stones will be dead; nothing but pretty baubles for their vanity.
64 Verily, only a gemstone given
by those in authority and attuned to a single virtuous soul, can be used
to call upon and command the powers of Celestine Light, and then only
with faith, love and knowledge to fulfill a righteous purpose that
serves Elohim.
65 As I have given unto you, so
may you give in like manner unto other Children of Light that are worthy
and prepared to receive such a gift.”
66 Yeshua then bade the Apostles
to sit down. Some sat upon
the ground, others upon logs and some on rocks. And Yeshua sat before
them upon a log, and spoke unto them again, saying, “After I have
ascended into heaven Miriam will no longer be numbered among you as an
Apostle, for she has been called to serve you as the Angel of the
Covenant, known as Shalanawyn, after my ascension, and
then for eleven years upon the Earth after I have departed.
67 When this comes to pass you
must quickly choose another to take her place as an Apostle among you
that you will continue to be a Qrom of twelve. And this should be with
the spirit of Elohim upon you. Therefore, your choice for a successor
should be of one accord.”
68 Now Yeshua said this in a
quiet and simple manner as if Miriam becoming an angel was not something
unusual. But one and all the Apostles looked at each other without
comprehension, shaking their heads in confusion.
69 And Cephas spoke for all of
them, asking Yeshua, “What do you mean Miriam has been called to be the
Angel of the Covenant? Who of us save your mother has ever even seen an
angel? And then only in a vision while she slept. How can a mortal
be an angel and how can an angel stand among us as an ordinary person?"
70 Hearing the questions of
Cephas, which he had spoken with great seriousness and surprise, Yeshua
laughed in a good-natured manner and said unto him, “As you all well
know, even now, there is hardly anything ordinary about Miriam.
71 Consider that I am among you,
and have been since I was born of woman. If this can be so, then surely
an angel may also be among you.”
72 “But angels are not mortal,”
Shim'on stated seeking clarity.
73 “Nor shall Miriam be mortal
when the time of her calling is upon her,” responded Yeshua.
74 Miriam who was kneeling beside
Yeshua, bowed her head deeply at his words, while the eyes of each of
the Apostles opened wider in incredulity.
75 “She shall die and return,
even as you shall then?” questioned Yohannan.
76 “No,” answered Yeshua. “She
shall never feel death's sting, but shall be changed in the twinkling of
an eye from mortality to immortality, yet have the special ability given
only to angels, to be immortal yet able to remain in the mortal realms.”
77 “This is more than my simple
head can understand,” mumbled Yakov the brother of Yeshua. “If she does
not die and return, but simply remains, how will we ever accept her as
anyone other than the Miriam we have always known?
78 And seeing her as she has
always been, what will be different that we should think of her as an
angel? And for what purpose would you anoint her such? And how are we
expected to treat her when that time comes?
79 She can already do things we
cannot. Why is more required of her? Why not give more gifts to us who
are also faithful and true? I am sure that each of us, one and all, will
volunteer to become angels.”
80 Yeshua spoke now in
seriousness as he answered the questions of his brother, and he said
unto him, “Her calling is not from me, but from our divine Mother and
Father, who have always entrusted the Angel of the Covenant to uphold
their promises to the Children of Light.
81 He who now serves shall as the
Angel of the Covenant will soon rise to a new glory and the angelic
mantle shall be given to Miriam that she who knows you best, and all the
Children of Light so well, may serve you to the fullest as no other can.
82 When that day comes, you will
understand without doubt that it is upon you, for Miriam will come with
a different aura and appear in ways distinct and different than she now
does.
83 But see that you speak to no
one about her angelic nature. Never call her by the title of her divine
calling, Shalanawyn, save you are in certain privacy, or far from her
and in great need of the messenger Elohim has given unto you that you
might surely fulfill your destinies. Even then, call not upon
Shalanawyn, but upon Elohim to send Shalanawyn unto you.
84 Let all others, including the
Children of Light, know her only as the Miriam they always have, lest
they call upon her for blessings reserved only for the Elohim to give.”
85 Philip next began to ask a
question, but Yeshua cut him off, saying, “There is no need to speak
more of this. You know that which shall come to pass. It is better that
your questions are not answered with more words today, which can still
be without comprehension, but instead, by that which you shall witness
in the days to come, which shall be with an understanding that cannot be
denied.”
86 “This is somewhat depressing,”
mumbled Yuda the son of Cleophas to everyone, but to no one in
particular. “As I ponder all the things we have learned today about what
will come to pass in the days near to come, and all we have previously
learned concerning these days to be, it honestly seems far more dismal a
future than should be put upon the Children of Light.
87 Yeshua is going to leave us
and Miriam is going to become even stranger than she already is.”
Looking quickly to Miriam he added, “Please take no offense Miriam, for
in truth, you are peculiar and not as other women.”
88 He then continued, saying, “We
will be persecuted and have to abandon our homes and communities. Some
of us may be killed and life will surely be unpleasant; perhaps even
miserable for everyone.
89 While few people will listen
and follow the true Celestine Light of Elohim that we teach, many will
come to follow a perversion of the light taught by others. Meanwhile our
numbers will dwindle when the times become too difficult for some.
90 Our prayers of salvation to
Elohim to lift us up from the trials will go unanswered so we can
instead learn to rely on the gifts of the spirit within us. If we are
not successful in manifesting the gifts we have been given, then the
painful, perhaps fatal, consequences are upon us.
91 I do not mean to sound
disrespectful to the divine Father and Mother, to Yeshua, Miriam, or any
of you my brethren. But if this seems almost overwhelming to me, a man
that has been called an Apostle and given secret knowledge. How
will the Children of Light not so aware as I am be able to keep the
faith?
92 There, I think I have spoken
all of my thoughts,” he concluded. Looking around at the others he
asked, “Did I forget anything?”
93 “More of us will probably be
killed than you allotted,” Cephas replied with straight-faced humor.
94 “Very funny Cephas!” laughed
Yuda, and everyone laughed with him.
95 Now all eyes looked to Yeshua
to hear the answer he would give to Yuda.
96 “All you have spoken is true
Yuda,” Yeshua began. “But it does not have to be true.
97 Within each of you is a piece
of divinity; a piece of our divine Father and Mother who created your
soul and breathed the breath of life into your body. This spark can help
you live in a different world, even while you still walk in this one, if
you connect to your divinity with absolute faith.
98 Even among you my closest
friends and Apostles, it is easier to get caught up in the ways of the
world, and the reality that has been accepted by all the people of the
world, than it is to have absolute faith in something quite different.
99 You have witnessed as have
many others that if a man is shot through the heart with an arrow he
quickly dies.
100 The man so shot also believes
he must die if he is shot through the heart and so he does.
101 Someday perhaps some of you
shall be shot through the heart with an arrow, or run through with a
spear, or felled with the lead of a sling, or worse.
102 Upon that day where will your
absolute faith be? Will you believe that you shall die? If so, surely
you shall.
103 Will you have absolute faith
that if some of your brethren come quickly to give you a blessing that
you will live? If so, that will be.
104 But can you believe in
yourself? That you are in fact a divine child of spirit of our Heavenly
Father and Mother, and that there is nothing impossible to you if you
connect in total faith to your divinity.
105 Can you have unwavering faith
that the sliver of divinity in your soul is enough to conquer death, to
forget the structures of belief created by the world and instead embrace
a oneness with our divine Father and Mother, through whom all things are
possible? If so, like Miriam, never will you taste deaths sting.
106 Finding that state of
understanding and faith is to conquer the mountain of your purpose in
life. It is the greatest choice of all, but few will find the faith to
go there, and must therefore suffer the blessings or consequences of the
reality in which they have the greatest belief.
107 Understand too that Elohim
has put a special blessing upon you and all of the Children of Light of
the communities of Gennesaret. You will always be challenged in diverse
ways, that you may grow and become more than you are by overcoming your
challenges, even as Yuda said.
108 But you will never need to
suffer as greatly as the world will wish.” He then reached down and
touched the head of Miriam who still knelt beside him. “In me you have
heard the gentle voice of the Celestine Light and seen the love that may
heal all afflictions.
109 You are a chosen people
reserved in heaven to come forth at this time for great purposes of
Elohim. Think you that you would be abandoned to muddle through the
world as unprotected babes?
110 Even as I came to be the
voice and the love of the Celestine Light, and to bring eternal life to
man, when I am upon this Earth no more, you will have a shield greater
than me in Miriam.
111 Because I am the creator and
love all my creations, only my gentle heart goes unto them. Though the
wicked grieve me greatly, I wait for the Day of the Judgment of
Resonance for them to be called by their own soul to the house of their
compatibility, be it darkness or light, bliss or despair.
112 Miriam has no such onus, and
a far more fiery temperament as well. When she is filled with her
calling, the powers of Elohim will be upon her that she may faithfully
serve our divine Father and Mother.
113 And they have asked that to
serve them, she serve you and the Children of Light: not to take life,
for that is forbidden to her, but to do all else to insure that the
covenants the divine Father and Mother have made to the Children of
Light are fulfilled.
114 I am the voice and the light.
She shall be the whirlwind and the majesty of Elohim made manifest.
115 And you, each of my dear
friends, have no less a destiny. As you gain greater knowledge and
faith, even as has Miriam who has walked each day with me for fifteen
years, so shall you be called to your glory in the service of Elohim.
116 So shall every Child of Light
who endures until the end, with head unbowed to man, and faith in Elohim
unshaken and true.”
