Miriam's QueryCHAPTER 41
Miriam questions Yeshua about polygamy, seeking further
understanding. Yeshua speaks of future events of which Miriam
has not yet come to terms with, but Yeshua imparts some words of
wisdom to give her some solace. Yeshua teaches Miriam to whistle
as a means to bring joy and happiness.
1
As Yeshua and Miriam journeyed back to Memphis, Miriam desired to know
more concerning the things that Yeshua had said to the prince, and she
told him, “My beloved, my love for you runs through everything I am. I
cannot conceive how it could be that I could ever love another woman
enough that I would desire to share you with her, yet I long to be a
goodly wife and I ever strive to be a faithful daughter of light. I am
torn and seek your wisdom.”
2
Yeshua stopped walking and took Miriam into his arms. He sat down upon a
rock with Miriam nestled beside him, and while the children played, he
spoke thus to Miriam, “You are the light, Miriam, that lifts me every
morning when I wake and gives me joy every night as I feel you next to
me and hear your sweet voice as the last sounds before I sleep.
3
Know that you fulfill me in every way, and I expand each day because the
brightness of your light is upon me. With you, my cup overflows and
never would I need or seek another, for in you, my joy is full. And if
ever such a thing were to come to pass, it would be because of your
desire for it to be so.
4
If that moment were ever to come, you would know it without doubt and
would be greatly desirous of it. If you never know such a thing without
doubt or great desire, it is because you need it not.
5
In the kingdom of Heaven, there are far more who will never walk that
path than there are those who will, and yet their light is as bright as
any of the stars of Heaven.
6
In our lives, we have always fulfilled one another. Countless times have
we prayed together and felt the power of our Father and the Mother touch
our spirits and had their words written upon our hearts. You are a part
of me, you know me as no other can, and you know the true depth of my
calling in life as much as I do; therefore, you know that the time soon
comes when I must give myself fully to the world and who then will
comfort you?
7
Our days of bliss and endless time together are even now drawing to a
close, for we must return soon to the land of Palestine, and among the
Children of Israel, I must be about my Heavenly Father’s business.
8
You cannot find that which you do not seek. But if the time comes that
your heart has a place of emptiness, know the sign of the time and know
that it calls for more light, not from a greater source or to replace
the light that is there, but from another lamp to add to the light of
our house and to increase the glory of your life.”
9
And Miriam wept upon Yeshua and said unto him, “Never will I need or
desire more than you, my Lord, and why must Elohim ask the hard things
of us that are to be?”
10
Yeshua lightly touched her cheek as he looked into her eyes and
answered, “When great blessings are given, great responsibilities
follow, for God gives us blessings that they may be magnified and
returned with love to our brothers and sisters of the world, with the
purity of our faith and by the deeds of our life; for thus do we grow
and expand our lights and prove our faithfulness to our Celestine Father
and Mother and show that we desire to be like them.
11
Miriam, the day will come when everyone will look to you to know the
deepest secrets of my life and teachings, and in the times of
persecution, many would flee, except the pillar of your faith and
majesty holds fast to give them courage.
12
We are now but two, but soon there will be many disciples, and I will
not long be among them; therefore, you must be prepared to speak the
truth of my words and life, for there will be some that would lead my
sheep astray, and there must needs be one shepherd who knows me more
than all others, who can always guide my sheep to safe pastures where
the grass is green and sweet.
13
That which I must bear is great, but that which you must bear after me
is also great, for many will despise you and mock you and believe not
that which you say or deny your right to say it because you are a woman,
even some of my most faithful disciples.
14
In those moments, have faith, my beloved wife, and know that my spirit
is with you, always and forever, and that our Father and Mother will
never ask more of you than they have given you the strength to endure
and the ability to fulfill.
15
And it would be good if you were not alone in the times to come; if you
did not have to bear the inflictions of men without the solace and
companionship of those who love you and who you love; that they may
share your burdens and give you comfort and joy.
16
Therefore, open your heart, for it has a greater capacity to love and be
loved than you have yet discovered. And with an open heart, your eyes
may see that which they have not seen, and your heart may desire that
which it has not desired.
17
And verily, the day will come when your light will become greater than
the brightness of the Sun, until the Earth can no more hold you upon
it.”
18
Miriam’s eyes began to water, and she replied with a small tremble in
her voice, “I know I should have joy for the many blessings which we
have and for the great callings Elohim has given to us, but when I think
of the things to be, I am still frightened and unsure.”
19
Yeshua nodded in understanding, saying, “When I was a boy, you know that
a man from afar land named Anish came to the house of my parents and
taught me many things. Today, we say to one another ‘Namaste’ as Anish
gave us this salutation, meaning the spirit of God inside me greets the
spirit of God inside you.
20
Anish also showed me how to play music with my mouth and how it brings
the light of the Sun into the heart even on a day of rain and how it
turns sadness to happiness and trembling into confidence.”
21
Miriam laughed and said, “You mean like when you whistle to make the
sound to call dogs?”
22
Yeshua laughed too and answered, “Yes, it is so, Miriam, but with beats
and rhythm like a drum and a flute.”
23
Then Yeshua demonstrated to Miriam the musical whistling Anish had shown
him, and they learned to blow music from their mouths together, and it
gave them joy.
